BOOKING AGREEMENT & TERMS: By submitting this form, you understand: A 50% deposit is required to book your project. Work begins once the deposit is received. Final files are delivered after final payment. All Quick Graphix Services are designed with a 48-hour turnaround, starting once: The design brief is submitted, deposit is paid, and all required content is received.

REVISIONS: Based on the chosen service, my quick service includes 1-2 revision rounds, which is specifically for minor changes such as: Text adjustments, color tweaks, and small layout refinements. Major redesigns, new concepts, or additional changes beyond the included revision will require an additional $25 fee, per each additional revision requested.

FILE DELIVERY: Final files are delivered in standard formats based on the service, such as: PNG, JPG, and PDF. Editable source files are not included unless purchased separately.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: Clients must provide: All final text, correct spelling, logos & images, and clear design direction. Delays in content submission may extend turnaround time.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Due to the time-reserved nature of this service; Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. No refunds after final files are delivered.

CREATIVE RIGHTS: The designer retains the right to display the work in portfolios and social media unless otherwise agreed.
