BOOKING AGREEMENT & TERMS: The V.I.P. Brand Elevation Package is a comprehensive brand identity experience designed for businesses ready to evolve into a refined, cohesive, and professionally developed visual presence. This package goes beyond foundational branding and builds a strong, flexible visual system that supports long-term growth.

By submitting your request form and completing payment, you agree to the following terms.

PACKAGE INVESTMENT: $5,000.

This is a premium, strategy-led identity experience. Final pricing is outlined in your custom proposal.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: This package delivers a complete expanded identity system: Creative discovery & brand direction, 2 original logo concepts, primary logo, secondary logo or sub-mark, brand icon, expanded color palette system, typography system, brand mood-board, mini brand style guide (PDF), two (2) structured revision rounds, high-resolution files for web & print, and full commercial usage rights.

This package focuses on identity development. It does not include website development, copywriting, marketing strategy, or brand naming unless added separately.

PROJECT DURATION: 4–6 Weeks.

Timeline begins once: Deposit is received, client form is completed, and all required materials are provided. Timeline may extend if feedback is delayed or scope changes occur.

PAYMENT TERMS: A 50% non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is required to secure your booking and begin the creative direction process. The remaining balance of $2,000 is due before final deliverables, assets, and brand materials are released. Payment schedule may be divided into milestones for larger scopes.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: Visa/Debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal.

CREATIVE DIRECTION & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: You will receive two strategic logo concepts built from the discovery and brand direction phase. Concepts are developed through professional design expertise and strategic alignment. The designer maintains creative discretion while honoring the client’s brand vision.

REVISIONS: This package includes two (2) revision rounds. Revisions include refinement of the chosen direction: Color adjustments, typography refinements, layout balancing, and minor stylistic adjustments. All revisions must be submitted as one consolidated list.

ADDITIONAL REVISIONS: $95 per round. Major directional changes are treated as a redesign and may require additional fees.

FILE DELIVERY: Final approved assets are delivered in professional formats: PNG, JPG, and PDF.

Editable source files are not included unless purchased separately.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Clients must provide: Accurate brand information, clear direction and preferences, inspiration references if available, and timely feedback. The designer is not responsible for errors in client-provided content.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. No refunds after concepts or final files are delivered.

USAGE RIGHTS: Upon final payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights to final approved designs. The designer retains the right to display work in portfolios and promotional materials.

SCOPE PROTECTION: This package is structured around a defined identity system. Work outside listed deliverables may require an additional agreement.

COMMUNICATION: Professional communication and timely responses are required to maintain schedule and quality.
