BOOKING AGREEMENT & TERMS: The V.I.P. Brand Starter Package is a premium identity experience designed to build a polished, cohesive brand foundation through intentional creative direction and strategic visual design. By submitting your request form and completing payment, you agree to the following terms.

TOTAL PACKAGE INVESTMENT: $2,500

This is a professional identity package intended for serious brands ready to establish a refined and aligned visual presence.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: This package delivers a complete foundational identity system: Creative discovery & brand direction, 2 original logo concepts, primary logo, secondary logo or sub-mark, brand icon, curated brand color palette, typography selection, brand mood-board, mini brand style guide (PDF), two (2) structured revision rounds, high-resolution files for web & print, and full commercial usage rights.

This package focuses on visual identity design. It does not include advanced brand strategy workshops, naming services, website design, copywriting, or marketing strategy unless added separately.

PROJECT DURATION: 3–4 Weeks.

Timeline begins once all three conditions are met: Deposit is received, client form is fully completed, and all required materials are submitted. Timeline may extend if: Client feedback is delayed, information is incomplete, and revision requests exceed scope. Prompt communication helps keep the project on schedule.

PAYMENT TERMS: A 50% non-refundable deposit ($1,250) is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance is due before final file delivery. Work does not begin until the deposit is received. Accepted payment methods: Visa/Debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal.

CREATIVE PROCESS & DIRECTION: You will receive two original logo concepts developed from the creative direction established during discovery. Design concepts are based on professional expertise, brand alignment, and visual strategy. The designer retains creative discretion while honoring the brand vision.

REVISIONS: This package includes two (2) revision rounds. A revision round includes refinement of the selected direction such as: Color adjustments, typography changes, layout balance, and minor stylistic refinements. Each revision round must be submitted as one clear, consolidated list.

ADDITIONAL REVISIONS: $75 per round. Requests that shift the brand direction, style, or concept significantly are considered a redesign and may require a new project scope.

FILE DELIVERY: Final approved designs will be delivered in professional formats suitable for web and print use: PNG, JPG, and PDF files. Editable source files (AI, PSD, etc.) are not included unless purchased separately.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: The client agrees to provide: Accurate brand name spelling, clear direction and preferences, inspiration or references if available, and required brand information. The designer is not responsible for errors in content provided by the client.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Deposits are non-refundable once the project begins. No refunds are issued after concepts or final files are delivered.

USAGE RIGHTS: Upon final payment, the client receives full commercial usage rights for final approved designs. The designer retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SCOPE PROTECTION: This package is structured to deliver a complete brand foundation. Work outside the listed deliverables may require additional fees or a separate project agreement.

COMMUNICATION: Professional, respectful communication is expected from both parties. Delays in feedback or excessive changes outside the revision structure may impact the timeline and cost.
