BOOKING AGREEMENT & TERMS: The Creative Director Experience is a high-level creative partnership designed for brands ready to build a fully realized visual world, narrative identity, and cohesive creative presence across platforms. This is not just design, this is creative direction, brand world-building, and visual leadership.

By submitting your request form and completing payment, you agree to the following terms.

PACKAGE INVESTMENT: $10,000.

This is a top-tier creative leadership experience. Final pricing is outlined in your custom proposal.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: This package includes: Full creative direction & vision leadership, brand strategy, storytelling & world-building, 3–5 creative concepts & visual narratives, complete brand identity creation or evolution, logo systems, icons & visual language, expanded color & typography systems, campaign or collection creative concept, hero imagery & cinematic visual assets, website, collection & marketing visuals, product, merch & packaging design (if applicable), comprehensive brand & creative guide (PDF), priority collaboration & extended support, multiple revision rounds within scope, high-resolution files for all platforms, and full commercial usage rights.

PROJECT DURATION: 6–10 Weeks.

Timeline begins once: Deposit is received, creative brief form is completed, and required materials are submitted. This package includes a collaborative process. Timeline may extend based on scope changes or client response time.

PAYMENT TERMS: A 50% non-refundable deposit of $5,000 is required to secure your booking and begin the creative direction process. The remaining balance of $5,000 is due before final deliverables, assets, and brand materials are released. Payment schedule may be divided into milestones for larger scopes.

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS: Visa/Debit cards, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal.

CREATIVE DIRECTION & LEADERSHIP: This package includes strategic creative leadership and professional artistic discretion. The designer leads the visual narrative and brand direction while aligning with the client’s vision and goals.

REVISIONS: This package includes multiple revision rounds within scope to refine the creative direction. Revisions cover refinement of approved directions. Major directional shifts or new concepts beyond scope may require additional fees.

FILE DELIVERY: Final assets are delivered in high-resolution formats for professional use across platforms. Editable source files may be included depending on project scope and agreement.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Clients agree to: Provide brand information and materials; participate in creative direction discussions; provide timely feedback; and Respect scope boundaries. The designer is not responsible for delays caused by late communication.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. No refunds after creative concepts or final assets are delivered.

USAGE RIGHTS: Upon final payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights for final approved designs. The designer retains rights to display work in portfolios and promotional materials.

SCOPE PROTECTION: This package covers comprehensive creative direction. Additional services outside agreed scope require a separate agreement.

PROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION: This experience is collaborative, respectful, and structured to produce high-level creative results.
